Our mission is to empower exceptional women navigating workplace toxicity through mentorship, coaching, and leadership development, while equipping the female leaders of tomorrow with education, awareness, and skills to eliminate future encounters with toxic work environments.
Our vision is that Faced With Grace will inspire a ripple effect of meaningful change towards positive, healthy, and inclusive workplace cultures that transcend and eliminate pervasive toxicity for the benefit and sustainability of the future workforce.
